Our ocean is the window to the world. Inspired by the Dutch East India Company and the spice trade our Executive Chef Deconinck created a menu with influences from far away, combined with the bounty of the seasons in Maine. Saffron, Chili Pepper, Vietnamese Cinnamon or local salt blended with seaweed from Penobscot Bay, Deconinck takes you on a culinary journey.
Our Spring Menu
After months of preparation, Natalie's is moving in a new culinary direction. Inspired by the spice trade our Executive Chef Geoffroy Deconinck created a culinary journey that touches all your senses. With more attention for presentation by using modern new techniques and unexpected plating styles, our Executive Chef is combining food with the nostalgia of a time bygone and the science of today. Committed to provide our dining guests the ultimate culinary celebration; the region will continue to play a very important source for ingredients and inspiration. As always; the menu will reflect the season and highlight the freshness of ingredients by its refined preparation.
With the launch of our new menu, dining guests of Natalie's will have three unique dining choices.
The first is an 'A La Carte' Style Prix Fixe 3-course Menu with delectable choices of appetizers, main courses and desserts offered at a fixed price of $68.
The second dining option is a 7-course Chef's Tasting Menu, highlighting the bounty of Maine. This menu is the ultimate dining experience at a fixed price of $97
For both dining options we accept reservations.
The third dining option is a casual “Tapas Style Dining’ at the bar or in our fireplace lounge. Enjoy small plate options and lighter fare for a quick bite or more casual experience. For this dining option we do not accept reservations and is offered on a ‘walk in and availability’ basis.
