Award-winning Chef de Cuisine Lawrence Klang’s signature style reflects his classic training at Le Cordon Bleu in London while spotlighting his natural ability to combine the finest ingredients in refreshing new ways. The kitchen uses as many local purveyors as possible, and everything is made from scratch. The menu changes with the bounty of the seasons.
In addition to the à la carte menu, we offer a Menu Saisonnier that showcases the very best of each season, as well as the Homard Grand Cru/Grand Lobster Menu, which is a must for the lobster connoisseur. The more casual Bar Menu, which offers a taste of world cuisines, is served at the bar and in the Princess Juliana Lounge.
